Cello Endpin Stay
thingiverse
I recently acquired a cello! It's been forever but I love it. Problem is, the endpin has a rubber tip, not a metal point. It slides all over the carpet. I needed an endpin stay. I didn't like any of the designs I could find, and I'm way too maker to just buy one, so I made these. The chunky one is printing now. We'll call that Mk. I. While I got it printing, I decided to get fancy and design a sleeker Mk. II. It isn't domed underneath so unless you *really* trust your printer's bridging capabilities, You might throw supports in on the Mk. II. If you make either of these, *please* post a Make! I love seeing my creations out in the world!
