I'm absolutely passionate about a custom-built cellphone made entirely from the inside components of an old flip phone - the Samsung SGH-T109 to be specific! I crafted the casing on Tinkercad, giving myself the freedom to design a fresh new interface while making the most out of the existing buttons. Matching the original keys with their brand-new counterparts was definitely a challenge I took head-on and came out on top! I'm absolutely thrilled about this phone and how it brings people together through conversation - Its undoubtedly a real head-turner when I step outside, and I can't wait to get everyone excited about the endless possibilities of 3D printing. Instructions: Breaking down this flip phone into its individual components required some patience, but ultimately proved well worth the effort! You see, you'll need an exacto knife and a screwdriver - make sure you unplug that screen before disassembling anything. When taking apart the old buttons, just press them gently against their new counterparts, then seal them in place with hot glue. The speaker, battery, and screen are placed inside this amazing new 3D-printed case - aligning all of these components precisely is crucial, but once you're done, simply pop a metal screw (9mm tall) into the housing, which has already been precisely crafted for it. After three weeks of continuous use, this cellphone continues to impress me with its excellent performance!
