This is used for securing a Carson Cell Phone Eyepiece mount firmly in place, utilizing its largest setting capacity for clamping purposes.\r\n\r\nOccasionally, the weight of the cellphone combined with the size of the eyepiece results in a weak contact between the phone and the eyepiece, ultimately leading to a subpar image quality. To address this issue, you can simply attach a 1/4-20 rod to the side of the mount and use a ring stand to hold it securely in place. This setup allows for precise camera adjustments accordingly.
