For my old Garmin suction cup holder GPS mount (010-11772-00) and Motorola Droid Razr M phone, I designed and printed an adapter using Cubify Design on a Printrbot Simple 3D printer. The print started from the back surface up to the "fingers" that hold the cell phone, without needing any support material.
