Cell Phone Belt Holster Parts

I replaced my iBlason cell phone holster with custom-made parts, fed up with frequently buying new cases every few months. The clip hinge and rivet were usually the first to break, so I reinforced the hinge with added thickness and an external spring, while strengthening the rivet with fillets. To prevent weak points, try printing the rivet at 45 degrees. Initially, I used a cotter pin for the hinge but later drilled it out and replaced it with a 2mm or 3mm bolt. A smooth finish depends on your printer, so I used acetone to help. After using these parts for several months without issues, be aware that results may vary. If you do experience problems, don't blame me if your phone falls off and gets damaged, as I believe my custom parts are superior to the originals. Depending on your print quality, you might need to file the rivet slightly.
