I have a Celestron Evolution mount for my 8-inch SCT, and the original rubber-tipped feet were getting damaged after just a few uses. I wanted to replace them with something more robust. Using heavy-duty tripod feet was an obvious choice, and these adapters should work perfectly with any tripod foot featuring a standard 3/8-16 screw post. They will fit any telescope tripod with hollow one-inch diameter metal legs.
