This is a tripod adapter for a Celestron Nexstar altaz goto telescope mount that I picked up used for cheap. This requires just two pieces of hardware, just a quarter inch screw to connect to the mount, and a 3/4" t-nut to allow it to screw to a standard photography tripod.
