This adapter will join a Celestron LCM mount to a Bog Deathgrip tripod. You just remove the 4 bolts that hold the rifle clamp to the tripod originally, then bolt this in place using the original bolts. You will need 4x M6 Rivet Nuts like these:https://a.co/d/gbU9VHyThey're a tight fit (intentionally). You can heat them and press in, or you can draw them through with the bolt (before you have it installed on the tripod). There is a hole for a 3/8-16 x 1.25" bolt to retain the LCM, but I found having the feet slid down into the adapter was plenty to hold it all in place. There is some slop in the Celestron holes through which they attach the feet to the LCM. That means they might not fit my adapter perfectly, depending on how they were installed. This can be fixed pretty easily by twisting the foot just a little counter-clockwise. This will loosen the screw inside the LCM ever so slightly to allow the foot to scoot just enough to make the adapter fit easily.
