Mount your broken finder scope back onto your telescope. To do this, I used two 1.25" 6-32 machine screws and an 1/8" drill bit to secure the finder to a printed bracket. Next, I attached the bracket to the metal part of my telescope using two 3/8" 10-32 machine screws and a 3/16" drill bit. You will need to drill your own holes for this process. To avoid any damage, I covered the secondary mirror with a clean cloth while drilling and kept the telescope slightly raised at the primary mirror end to prevent metal pieces from falling onto it.
