Ceiling lamp 12V 4W COB LED x6
thingiverse
This is a 6-piece ceiling lamp designed to utilize six of the 4W 12V LED chips available from China. I obtained mine here: http://www.banggood.com/4W-48led-COB-LED-Chip-480mA-WhiteWarm-White-For-DIY-DC-12V-p-959059.html It can be printed in six pieces (you will need to separate connected surfaces using Simplify3D or some other method, as it's a single STL file). The design includes a small piece for covering wiring and mounting elements in the middle. Print Settings: Printer: Turnigy Fabrikator Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Any Infill: 15% or more Notes: I printed this lamp in PLA, with half of it in black and half in orange. You can also use ABS or other materials if desired. This design does not require supports and should fit most standard printers (my printer has a 150x150x105mm printing space). To assemble the lamp, you will need to glue all the printed parts together using a hot glue gun. The lid is designed as a snap-fit, so no glue is required if inserted correctly. You will also need to drill holes in your wall and find a way to mount it with M3 screws.
