Cedar Shoe Tree Hangar
prusaprinters

Wanted a way to hang my shoes up to air out properly in the closet. If your cedar shoe trees (those jointed wooden things that go into shoes) have the handles on the end, this might work.

I'll post the F3D file as well in case you want to make it prettier or do something useful with the dead space between the shoes.

Measures approx 200mm x 180mm x 8mm high.

Print instructions

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.2

Infill: 10% max

Notes:

I used PETG for strength, but PLA should be fine. Don't need much infill - there's a lot of dead space to fill and it will be plenty strong enough to hold a hefty pair of shoes up.

If you have Slic3r Prusa Edition 1.41+, you can selectively make the hook 100% infill to make ti a bit sturdier.
