This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kuGGEExKXSH *****Update**** I made some additional changes and printed V4. V4 works perfectly as always, I wish you all a great time printing! *** Update*** I started printing this one but noticed that the mounting holes would not fit the Raspberry Pi Zero properly. I deleted the original and replaced it with V2, I believe that the mounting holes in V2 will line up correctly. The walls are pretty thin; so, I sliced it using 50% infill and have it running at about 30mm/sec. I'm re-printing this one now and will give an update when it finishes. I also notice a weak corner...V3 should fix that issue. ***End of Update *** I wanted a Raspberry Pi Zero case that would slide into the rails of the aluminum frame. I also wanted it to have a fan enclosure, as I am running OctoPrint with this and did not want it to overheat. The space for the fan is an enclosure only with some hollow spaces for the fan wires to attach to the GPIO board. In this design I left some additional holes for the Monitor Out cable (for those of you that are planning to use a camera) and other additional holes for GPIO wires to exit (on more than one level). This is my third design and admittedly, one of the holes to bolt the Pi down is misplaced. I tried to fix it by ungrouping it in TinkerCadd, but couldn't make it work unless I ungrouped a lot of other pieces...So I just left it. The design is meant to have an 'open' top. In a later revision, I may include a top for it. I have not tried to print this one yet, I am hoping to print it tonight. Please share your prints with me and make any suggestions to make it better. Computer: MacBook Pro Computer running Octoprint: Raspberry Pi Zero Wireless Printer: Creality Ender 3 Design Software: TinkerCadd Once again, a huge shout out to Tinkercad and a New shout out to the designers of Octoprint!
