Work In Progress : Want to print PVC ID cards on my Epson printer (XP 830) but all the available trays online don't match this model. The printer has a tray for CD/DVD printing, so I'm testing if I can produce a custom cd insert that fits the card for printing. I'll have to cut the original tray since these are inexpensive and I rarely print CDs. I will update with pictures and instructions if this plan works out! V1 Was just a test of the idea without any center and no STL. v2 Has a center for the PVC card with a hole, allowing me to push the card out after printing. V3 Has a shallower center that allows the PVC card to sit flush. This design is based on a PVC card thickness of 0.8-0.85mm.
