CD Player phone holder
thingiverse
This is a variant of another holder I created from here by kel. I found Kels one blocked my radio so I turned it around to sit the phone cradle on top of the tray. The gap has been enlarged to accommodate a phone with a case or skin. Ends have been added to prevent the phone from sliding out, and the tray was angled to face the driver (I could make a left-hand drive version if needed). If necessary, another cradle can be printed to shorten it down and add to the other two for larger phones like the iPhone 11 in the picture. As it is, it will hold an iPhone 6; it could also be shortened by cutting one of the cradles shorter. One thing you must do is rotate or flip "Right Cradle" before printing, as the end piece is the wrong end. Another idea is to make it multi-colored by changing PLA mid-print or printing one at a time. The two cradles together take 4 hours plus and the tray takes 1 hour 40 minutes, which is on a normal setting. I created this on my V3 Printed from Eaglemoss partworks and designed it with SketchUp.
