CD/DVD Label Applicator

CD/DVD Label Applicator

I needed to label a stack of DVDs, and didn't want to pay for a label applicator, so I decided to make my own. Print the body and the plug separately, then use a 30mm pen spring with a little superglue to put it all together. EDIT: After using this for a while, I found that the plug is a bit more wobbly than I'd like, and the label "finger" slots are a bit too narrow. If I printed this again, I'd probably put vertical guide grooves in the body with tongues on the plug to keep it going up and down and not wobbling. That would require some sort of twist/lock mechanism from the top, or that the bottom plate be removable to allow insertion of the spring. I included the source STEP file, so you should be able to at least use this as a starting point.
