CCI Phantom Feed Options

UPDATE I added a new feedneck that is cleaner and shorter. It also uses the same M4 hardware, but now uses a regular 8-32 x 5/16 screw to mount. This is easier to find than the longer ones that work on the metal phantom mount. Dual Breach - Print as is with 4 walls and a decent amount of infil. Use tree supports, but check to see if the slicer puts supports in the threads. Threads don't need supports, but the rest of the print does. If it does print supports in the threads, they come out, but it takes some time.Feed tube - print on a raft, no supports. I've done anywhere from 2 walls to 4 walls and from .2 to .3 quality. Load cap - This only works if you print with a filament change and go from TPU to PETG. Choose the last layer after the fingers and input the filament change. You could possibly remix and make a 100% TPU slip over (CCI) style feed gate.EDIT I made the slip over style and called it TPU feed gate. Print the whole thing in TPU and slip it over the end of a tube. Alternatively, I suppose you could print the whole load cap in TPU as well if you wanted the extra 2 balls you get.Barrel Clamp - Print this in TPU with low infil so that it is flexible. It slides over the barrel and "Hawaiian style" front feed tube to add stability.Tube plug - Print in PETG with supports. Goes in the end of the breach you aren't using.Feedneck (no ring) - Flip 180 and print with supports. I personally wouldn't use larger than a 50 round hopper with these plastic feednecks. This is the more robust design. Uses M4 hardware.Feedneck - Flip 180 and print with supports. You'll also need the ring. Uses M3 hardware.Ring - Print with the feedneck.NOTES: The Breach and the feednecks require different length screws (feedneck screws are longer). The feedneck screw length matches the metal cci feedneck length. Also, my phantom GoPro mount ring and the feedneck that uses a ring located here are incompatible. Besides, that would be too much weight on a small piece of plastic. I have not impact tested anything. Odds are that the breach is strong enough, but the tubes are fairly thin.
