glasses to let the deaf "hear"
it's applications can be varied and not only for movies, this can also be used in daily conversations. this can not only be used by the deaf but also by other people who can't afford Google glasses. for example a person wearing this could read facebook updates, messages, news updates etc.
concept of operations (ConOps):
> your phone downloads the subtitle file (voice recognition too would work but not that well).
> your phone then gets the text from the file and transmits it to the glasses using bluetooth
> the text is then displayed on the LCD screen.
> the convex lens section of the plastic lens then diverges the light so as to make the text look far away so as to reduce stress to eyes.
Note: only a small section of the lens is convex near the screen to fool the brain to think that the text is far away.
P.S: for the structure of the goggles, i took inspiration from the "innovision punk" goggles.
