Tighten an 8-32 cut tap through enclosure holes. Use a #17 drill bit to clean out bracket holes. Scrape away debris from the primary CCD lens hole with files, adjustable reamers, or an appropriate drill bit size. Settings for Printing: I use Slic3r with Folger Tech Prusa i3 2020 settings. The bed temperature is set at 95 degrees Celsius, while the extruder temperature is at 235 degrees Celsius. Adjust these temperatures according to your printer's specifications. Print Settings: Layer height: 0.2mm Auto supports in Slic3r Infill pattern: hexagonal with 20% density Perimeters: 3-4 layers Top and bottom layers: 3-4 layers Bed setup: I use a heated bed with a flycut and lapped 1/4" aluminum plate. The bed is prepared by applying Kapton tape liberally coated with thick ABS goo, essentially printing on an ABS plate. Print to your specifications.
