Composite ceramic brakes (CCB) are designed to decrease weight, reduce the number of brakes per axle, and offer consistent friction at high speeds and varying temperatures. Employing carbon-fiber-reinforced ceramics in various forms for automotive applications, CCBs are utilized in high-performance vehicles. Notable features include 330mm diameter internally vented and cross-drilled discs, heat tolerance, mechanical strength, 35% lighter than iron discs, aluminum 6 piston calipers, and three control inlets. The concept model comprises 148 parts and includes renders demonstrating different caliper textures.
