CC3D Case

CC3D Case

thingiverse

The CC3D board (OpenPilot) requires a robust case, which has proven its durability after multiple crashes. In one incident, the case detached from a 3M pad but remained intact, and the board inside was unharmed. The designer created this specific case due to issues with his Rapman 3.1 printer's ability to print other designs effectively. This case is ideal for FDM printers, as it prints quickly and offers sturdiness. It also features an LED hole for status indicators. To use the case, simply 3D print it using your preferred plastic material. The case in the photo was printed with a layer thickness of 0.5mm, but feel free to adjust settings according to your preferences, such as thicker layers and increased flow/heat for added strength.
