CC3D 45mm adapter

I've got my quad's holes spaced 45mm apart for some reason, so I needed an adapter to replace the glue gun monstrosity I created to attach the CC3d and get it in the air before building the printer...so I figured I'd share it with the world and save everyone else the trouble. It's really basic, but should work fine. It should also be able to attach to one of the printable cases here if you've got long enough bolts.
