Chances are good that if you own a Cayenne made between 2003 and 2010, the seat backs have likely fallen off at some point or several times due to beefed up mounts with larger gluing areas. These new mounts should hold in place better than the originals. All three parts need to be printed on their sides, but supports are required for the lower seat hangers. The top mounts must be printed with the opening for the spring clip facing upwards. It's best not to print them in PLA, as they won't withstand heat temperatures. The original parts were made of ABS, which can handle high temperatures, but given how poorly the stock parts held to glue, I had no interest in trying that. Instead, I used carbon fiber filled polycarbonate with a nice matte finish, giving plenty of binding texture for the glue. It's crucial to clean off any previous glue from the seat and wipe the surface with acetone before applying new adhesive. To prepare the surface, I went down to bare fiberboard using a sharp knife and then roughed it out with 36 grit sandpaper. First, apply glue to the hangers and clamp them in place as the glue sets. Once those are set, the covers can be placed on the seat and glued to the top mounts. The mounts must have metal spring clips inserted into them and should be placed in the top bracket on the seat. Give them a generous coating of glue and then press the seat back in place. It can be held in place either by folding the rear seat forward or with a ratchet strap around the seat, using a block of wood to focus pressure against the mounts. Adhesives worth considering are long set epoxy, gorilla glue, and GE silicon clear caulk. I prefer 30 minute epoxy, but your experience may vary.
