Cavern Pillar Column (Openforge 2.0 compatible)

Hi Folks! I just added "Large" and "Huge" Cavern Pillars, combined from Lifeburn's "cavern_pillars" and RobagoN's "Rock Column for Gloomhaven". The Large Pillar matches the height of the Cavern Wall Tiles, while the Huge Pillar is even taller to show off caverns with more height. I only printed the Huge Pillar so far because most cavern interiors would be higher than a normal room size. This remix, like my others, works with openforge 2.0 bases (2x2)!
