This hot liquid bottle has a 748ml capacity and fits in car containers. Compared to traditional silvered glass thermoses, it's more affordable due to its hydroformed stainless steel build. Electropolished surfaces reduce irradiation, while the wave-shaped outer surface decreases heat transfer by causing chaotic reflection of radiated energy inside. A CFD simulation could test heat transfer further. The cavity is sealed with expanded plastic deformation and connected to heat exchanger platesheets. A co-molded plastic threaded ring seals the whole, while a small gap on the lid reduces heat loss. An added bottom cap converts into a container or cup. Typical use involves loading boiling water and tea leaves in separate compartments for tea brewing as needed.
