This DIY caulking gun kit is designed specifically for the self-sufficient handy-person. It comes with a sealing cap that securely fits onto the tube, an angled tip that allows you to extrude a bead of caulk or silicone exactly where you need it, straight and curved extenders that give you access to tight spaces, and push-through cleaners that make it easy to recover any leftover caulk/silicone at the end of your project. Using these cleaners, most of the silicone in the kit components can be pushed out before it has a chance to dry inside the tubes, making it simple to clean everything thoroughly the next day and reuse the parts for your next task. With this system, there's hardly any leftover caulk/silicone after using the cleaners. Note: The end-cap should be screwed onto a folded piece of plastic shopping bag to ensure an airtight seal.
