Cats admiring moon and stars. A heartfelt gift for my lovely wife. Split into 4 distinct pieces to make it a unique piece of art. The cats, base, and moon with intricate details are printed using 0.3 mm layers at 20% infill. The pole is printed separately with 0.3 mm layer height and 100% infill for added stability. To add a mesmerizing effect, I used the PauseAtZ plugin to seamlessly change from clear to white filament on the moon and stars. Clear filament was chosen for the pole to maintain its simplicity. Supports were only generated for the cats, specifically for their tails and base connection to ensure they stand upright proudly. UPDATE: Due to some minor adjustments, I had to tweak the sizes of the base/pole connection to achieve perfection. Additionally, the square holding the pole on the spiral base required a slight thickness increase to secure it properly. Print Settings Printer: Printrbot Play Rafts: None Supports: Yes
