Catio PVC pipe connector system

I made these corner pieces and cross pieces to make a catio using ¾ inch PVC pipe.It uses zip ties to hold the pieces together for a temporary fit before gluing. The parts should be made of ABS if the intention is to glue them in place once the size has been determined. In the future I intend to create a door with hinge ass well as a wall mounting system. but currently I need to test that these will hold the structure together well enough to wrap the Cat proof fabric. Wood was our first choice but the expense to make a large cat enclosure and have it hold up to the weather was out of the question, so our intention is to make the frame using PVC with cross beams and then make a wooden facade for the sidewalk facing part. The cross holes at the moment are 6.5mm diameter intended to have a 5mm bolt with washer, this part is also still being refined.   Update: 9/6/2024-Cross version 6 added-older cross pieces removedI was able to make a cross piece I felt good about, I decided that I didn't need to offset the cross bar, but after building and fitting the cross, on a long piece like I have at 8 feet it snapped on the layer lines. so while I still consider this a final version there are some tweaks I still intend to make to hopefully resolve that issue. I want to make it so that the cross can be printed on an angle that would offer more axial support. As for the rest of the catio it does seem pretty solid bolted to the house, but I was unable to go with my original design idea. and that leaves me with two changes, one I think the schedule of pipe I got was too thin. I would make it with thick walled PVC. Two I made the enclosure far too large. This system would work best for a smaller size.I will be making a final update on this project in the spring or early summer next year to concluded if it works as intended.
