Catfish Portable Trailer

Introducing Catfish Portable Trailer, a creation by me and Dmitriy (profile: Dmitriy Kotlyar). This lightweight trailer features contour tubes in its construction. The platform tilts for vehicle loading with the help of an adjustable pneumatic suspension bracket, equipped with a hydraulic oscillation damper. A wheel-pendulum system redirects load to the suspension bracket during driving or loading/unloading. An onboard accumulator powers the compressor, suspension bracket control, and side marker lighting. Transverse stabilizers prevent platform heeling while cornering. The trailer comes with a trailing arm, overrunning brake, and parking brake; drum brakes are inside the wheels. A guide wheel can be installed, and the suspension bracket design allows for optimal angles and clearance. Currently, it provides a 2-degree angle for loading and 125mm clearance in driving position.
