This is my fresh take on a working caterpillar track, designed from the ground up. A single file holds all parts, while separate STL files provide clarity for each individual component. The assembly includes: -the track (printed at 100% fill with PLA), featuring functional hinges. Join three of these printed tracks using: --the track linker (also at 100% fill, requiring 3 units) which should remain secure due to a small notch. --the drivewheel snugly fits onto the track and can be printed with 25% fill (duplicating this action is advisable). --axis components require 100% fill and, --axis nuts (total of four required units), also requiring 100% fill for stability. --crossbar elements, essential in their duplicate form, should ideally have a 25% fill. Bear in mind that increasing track numbers will necessitate elongating crossbar lengths to accommodate. As of now, the caterpillar moves with relative ease after an initial breaking-in period. Utilizing the Ultimaker original, paired with a heated printing surface has proven successful in producing this result. Designed using Tinkercad, adjustments and customization are available directly within their online interface - edit away at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4k2hkPyAzUG
