Print a minimalistic dust filament cleaner consisting of multiple segments. Line up as many segments as desired along the filament at various lengths and configurations. As the filament moves up and down, so do the segments, effectively removing dust from the filament's surface through its movements and retractions. Periodically, blow air onto the segments to enhance their cleaning ability.
