Caterpillar Machinery (CAT) Logo Key Tag I've included two versions for printing, each with its unique features. Version 1 is the print you see in the photos, but it has a minor flaw - the top of the Letter C isn't perfect. My printer somehow missed printing the outer edge of the base, so your results may vary. However, pressing the letters and triangle into place yields a smooth finish. Version 2 hasn't been test-printed yet, and I'm warning you: it's got a smaller logo to prevent the Letter C from getting too close to the edge of the base. This might make it harder to fit the letters in place, possibly requiring some filing or sanding. Keep in mind that this design is untested, so have fun experimenting! This key tag can be printed in two sections as an insert base with text for a flush finish, or as a blank base and text glued on top. The flexibility allows you to use two different colors of filament or print it as one piece and leave it monochromatic. You can even paint it as desired. Another option is to pause mid-print and switch to a new color using the single-piece base. Check out my other designs for various logos if you're interested! Important Note: When printing the insert base with text, don't worry about gluing them together - they'll fit snugly due to friction. However, ensure your printer is dialed in correctly to avoid any fitting issues that might require filing or sanding.
