Flexible, strong and Cool.
It is a Two piece belt that prints fast
And no assembly required.

First of all I think it looks gorgeous. I love patterns and maybe you do too. Surprisingly how flexible it is. Some waves can make it big difference how the material feel and behaves

The belt is printed in vase mode. But Why vase mode?
Most important is for the surface finish. Printing in Vase mode means no retractions, no spots in the final surface. its just continuous and smooth ... I like it.

The perfect surface makes it hard to see that it was printed at 0.3mm layer height. Printing at a layer high of 0.3mm is very important for the strength of the belt. More plastic coming out the nozzle (0.6 wide 0.3 high) increase layer bond greatly. Another benefit of Vase mode is the time you can save. No retractions and no moves makes a big difference in printing time. One trick is to use line 0.6mm width to print a 1.2mm wall, Two passes of instead of 3 passes.

The belt is 30mm wide and is available in length from 800mm to 2000mm just pick the one that will fit. You can cut the "tail" off, no problem with that.

The Buckle with logo or without logo will take around 1 hour. Use your favourite setting. It will fit snugly on the left hand side of the belt, but slide easy when the ends double the thickness. (watch 30sec video)
Also, you can split the buckle into parts and use your MMU for a duo colour buckle too.

There are many ideas I still have to try, I hope you like this one

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/embed/M8NdI22TdXI"></oembed>

Print instructions

Use the provided 3mf file specially for the belt. Load your size into the file. It has important setting on how to print
