These tiles are the same size as the cardboard tiles you get when you buy the game and can be added to increase the size of the gameboard or swapped out to play with more or less of one resource or another. These tiles are designed so you can set up the board with random tile orientations: to do this shuffle the tiles and lay them out upside down then once the board is set, flip them over. these tiles are also designed to print quickly (under 1 hour per tile) and to be portable (they are about as thin as the cardboard tiles when you buy the game) for the base (4 player) game you will need: CatanDesertTile: print: 2/set, glue on sandpaper (liquid Elmer's glue works) CatanOreTile: print: 4/set for ore paint black or dark gray print: 2/set for gold paint gold catanBrickTile print: 4/set for brick paint red-orange catanSheepTile print: 4/set for sheep paint green, then paint sheep white catanWoodTile print: 4/set for wood paint green, then paint wood brown CatanWheatTile: print: 4/set for wheet paint yellow Note: only paint the top of the tiles, inside the hexagon
