Catan storage hexes for v2.0 board
thingiverse
These are brand new storage covers designed specifically for the tile pieces from Dakanzla's v2.0 Catan board. (Check out this link below). The bottoms are carefully crafted to fit perfectly on the base_landscapes hex with minimal movement, and feature a raised edge at the top to fit snugly inside a base_landsapes hex stacked on top of it. Each cover is precisely sized to be as short as possible for each terrain type. For example, the harbor cover has a clever cutout on the inside to accommodate the warehouse being right at the edge of the terrain tile. These storage covers will indeed fit in the box from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1482713. For those interested in Dakanzla's v2.0 board, check out this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2525047 To stack four equal-sized groups of tiles, follow this arrangement from top to bottom: 1) water water desert wood wood brick ore harbor harbor 2) water water water water wheat wool wool wool wood brick harbor 3) water wheat wool ore ore harbor harbor harbor 4) water water wheat wheat wood brick harbor harbor harbor On November 13th, 2018, I added a new hex to separate sea tiles. As an aside, I'm often forgetting the proper storage arrangement, so I created this handy storage key. The idea is that it will fit flat on the bottom of the stack with its word side down - simply rotate 180 degrees about either X or Y axis before printing. On February 21st, 2019, I added a new hex for gold to accommodate the gold tile from the seaferers expansion.
