*** Updated lid 8/10/17, see bottom of summary *** The Catan Box is designed for storing the settlement, cities and roads for the popular game Settlers of Catan. This box is engineered to minimize storage space while keeping pieces tightly packed. The layout of the cities in the second and third photos demonstrates how the pieces fit snugly inside the box. The interior edge of the box features a beveled design, matching the smooth finish of the lid. When closed, the lid slides effortlessly into place. To achieve an even tighter fit, printing the lid 1% larger is recommended. *** Updated lids - see bottom of summary *** Two versions of the Catan Box lid are available: one with and one without the iconic Catan logo. *** Update: New lids *** New files have been added for full-size lids called "catan_box_lid_fullsize.stl" and "catan_box_lid_plain_fullsize.stl". These larger lids were designed by subtracting the box size from the original design. After testing, they fit securely (even better than the originals).
