Catan Seafarers Lasercut Board and Pieces

This is a lasercut file for the Settlers of Catan Seafarers Expansion. I have uploaded the file in both Rhino .3dm and Illustrator .ai formats. The design was created and modified using Rhino, and you can download a free trial if you prefer to edit it in that program. Alternatively, I have exported the file as an Illustrator .ai format for easier use. For rules and gameplay instructions, visit the official Catan website at https://www.catan.com/service/game-rules. Here are some key points to keep in mind: The ships consist of two parts: a base piece and a set piece. You will need to glue the set piece on top of the base piece if you plan to use 1/8" material, as I intend to do. Alternatively, you can use 1/4" material and omit the base pieces. I plan to cut the board pieces from 1/4" material and then color them using a custom mixture (more details will be provided later). The ships, Catan tokens, and harbor markers will be cut from 1/8" material. All black lines are intended for cutting, while red lines should be etched. This distinction is more apparent in the .3dm and .ai files. The standard terrain hexes feature a center hole to accommodate number tokens. After placing the resource-producing tokens, you can place the remaining skeleton tokens in the desert. This uniformity allows you to mix all the hexes together without identifying specific ones (including the desert, which has a center hole). Water hexes have varying designs but serve the same purpose as water for Seafarers players. They do not require center cuts. Additional number tokens are included with this set, designed to be used in conjunction with those from the base game. These tokens feature different markings and lack letters, making them easily distinguishable from base game tokens.
