Catan Ore Tiles - Single Nozzle, Multi-color Layers
thingiverse
Dakanzla is the man with his amazing multicolor printed design, Version 2. Unfortunately, I only have a single nozzle printer and can't paint worth anything, but I still wanted some artistic oomph to my set. I really didn't like the monotone sets out there (very creative, but not so much in terms of color). So, I redesigned the tiles a bit so that the printer can take advantage of the color swapping technique at different levels. Here is Chuck Hellebuyck talking about how to get Multi-Color 3D Print in CURA 3 on ENDER 3 (I also use this method on my PRUSA). [Complete Set of Tiles here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3842626) I used a wooden filament to get the bench/sand look and then changed out to grey at the 3mm mark. One of the mountains is duplicate, and I glued a house to it. I pulled the mountains and house from Dakanzla's first version. I made the Tinkercad file available here: * [Ore 1 - Coming soon](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jhH9Y2XRNCO) * [Ore 2](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/djCW7vhy9X3) * [Houses and Wood Piles](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9fM5feYCLtr)
