Catan Junior Organizer with lid (2014 Edition)

Organizer for Catan Junior Resource and Coco Cards I was inspired to create an organizer for the Catan Junior resource and Coco cards after seeing the designs by pyrophreek and littlebignita. I set out to design a holder that would fit inside the original box of the 2014 edition of Catan Junior. My goal was to make the card holder transportable, even when handled by kids. The layout, size, and lid were designed with this in mind. The (optional) lid may be slightly tight, depending on the printer settings, filament used, and other factors, so I've included STL files for three lids with varying tolerances. If these options don't meet your needs or if you'd like to create a remix, I've made the Autodesk 123D files available for modification. Print Settings: Printer: 3Drag Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.1-0.4 Infill: 0/10 Notes: The need for rafts and brim may depend on your choice of material and printer. The example shown was printed using PrimaWOOD from 3D Prima with a 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layers, 2 perimeters, 4 solid top/bottom layers at 45mm/s speed on a heated bed coated with 3D-EEZ without brim or raft. How I Designed This I decided not to use my scanner, so I drew the desired shape on paper, took a picture of it, and then used an online converter to get an svg file that I could use. I imported this file into 123D and did some cleaning up before creating a 3D model for test printing. All trademarks, trade names, and product names are owned by their respective companies.
