Catan insert: base game + Cities&Knights + 5-6 players

This design allows to pack four boxes of the Catan (base game, Cities & Knights and 5-6 players extensions) into one. My box is 289 x 289 x 69 mm. You need to print 1x of map_tiles, wares_tray_lid and wares_tray_lid_lid each, and 6x of wares_tray and pieces. __Important: the pieces box model is just a solid cuboid. To make a box out of it, slice it as a vase.__ I printed the pieces boxes with 1 mm walls, they are sturdy enough. Print quality with 0.6 mm nozzle did not suffer at all. With 0.4 nozzle, 0.6 mm walls are totally doable but I would try 0.8 - 1.0 mm. Depending on the nozzle shape, this may or may not work. To reduce the amount of filament, you can play with the number of perimeters, but with 0.4 nozzle I would not go less than 3 (I use 0.6 nozzle, and 2 perimeters, though with 3 the result looks better). I recommend 5-10% rectilinear infill pattern for it is fast and efficient. Large parts should be printed with brim, otherwise the corners can be deformed a bit due to warping. I still use the original card trays but consider redesigning them into a vertical part holder.
