Catan Harbor Pieces - Single Nozzle, Multi-color Layers

Dakanzla's latest creation, a multicolor masterpiece known as Version 2, has stolen the show with its bold and vibrant design. Unfortunately, my limited arsenal consists of only a single nozzle printer, and my artistic skills leave much to be desired. However, I yearned for something more than the dull, monotone sets that filled the market, despite their creative flair lacking in color. To overcome this limitation, I redesigned the tiles to take full advantage of the color swapping technique at different levels. For those seeking to unlock the secrets of multi-color 3D printing with CURA 3 on an Ender 3 (or a Prusa for that matter), Chuck Hellebuyck's insightful guide is a must-watch. The complete set of tiles can be found here. I was particularly fond of Dakanzla's harbor scenes in Version 2, especially those featuring the Seafarers expansion. The ships docked alongside warehouses on top of them added an exciting twist to the design. However, cutting out these intricate pieces proved challenging for the color layer method. I opted to remove the ship and widen the dock instead, adding extra barrels and crates to create a visually appealing scene printed with three colors. For those looking to recreate this masterpiece, Tinkercad files are available here: 3-for-1 Harbor, Brick Harbor, Ore Harbor, Wheat Harbor, Wood Harbor, and Wool Harbor.
