I have downloaded both the MaxGjr and 3E8 vertical card holders for Catan from Thingiverse. Both designs keep the cards perfectly organized, which is exactly what I was looking for in a storage solution. However, when playing the game with friends, there's one major issue - I can't distribute development cards without giving away their contents to the other players. It turns out that the design is optimized for printing but not for use in a horizontal position. The first print turned out great, and handling the cards feels incredibly smooth, although it's hard to tell how well they'll hold up after a few games. Next time around, I'm planning on making some tweaks - increasing the size of the card slots slightly and thickening the dividers just a bit more. If you have any suggestions for improvements, please let me know!
