I designed after discovering https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1181967, with the main distinction being the locking features. As someone who is extremely laid-back, I wasn't a fan of how the original design required me to determine the correct orientation of the trays...so I spent an entire night creating locking features that enable them to be rotated 180 degrees and still lock. Catan cards measure 80mm by 54mm. This design does not take into account card sleeves.
