CAT40 tool holder, small.

Modified this very useful CAT40 tool holder tray. Though this tray was designed for an ER32 collet chuck, it fits many different CAT40 tool holders. Some of my CAT40 holders didn't need such a long tray as the original, because I don't store bits in them. So, This one has a truncated front section which allows a slightly greater density of trays per tool chest drawer.

I print at 0.2mm with about 5-7% gyroid infill and slightly thicker walls/ceilings/floors for strength. Cheap PLA is fine, absolutely no need for anything fancier.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

CR-10S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.20

Infill:

5-7%

Filament:
Zyltech PLA Black/White

Notes:

You may prefer a non light color for these, as grease, coolant and chips may show up more.
