I modified this extremely useful CAT40 tool holder tray. The original design was created for an ER32 collet chuck but it fits many other types of CAT40 tool holders perfectly. Some of my CAT40 holders didn't require a long tray like the original because I don't store bits in them, so I designed one with a truncated front section which allows for a slightly greater density of trays per tool chest drawer. I print at 0.2mm resolution using about 5-7% gyroid infill and slightly thicker walls/ceilings/floors to ensure extra strength. Cheap PLA works just fine; there's absolutely no need for anything fancier.
