I used to 3D print tool holders until they started breaking. I had SendCutSend make these from 1/8" aluminum. They bend it too. It cost $181 to have then ship 50 to my door. They can also tap the holes but I didn't want to pay for that. It is compatible with 1" spacing peg board. Use an 8-32 as a thru hole screw or tap for 10-32. These should last longer than your tool holders (or at least your pull studs).
