This high poly model is build very near to scale and is within a couple of percent of the actual dimensions. It has a detailed exterior including radio antennas and pitot tubes. Landing gear have been finished with a moderate amount of detail too. The model is fully textured and comes with all materials and textures. In addition this model comes with animateable ailerons, flaps, elevators, rudder, landing gear, landing gear doors and turbines. The model is available in several different formats for immediate downloading here. We are providing the DC-9-20 model in a range of liveries. The DC-9-20 was a hybrid design using the wing of the DC-9-30, the fuselage of the DC-9-10 and more powerful engines. The larger wings and more powerful engines gave this DC-9 and advantage of lower weight to wing area ratio and weight to thrust ratio allowing for shorter field operations and better take off, climb and landing performance.
