This bag holder was designed for these compostable litter bags (https://www.chewy.com/biodogradable-compostable-cat-litter/dp/199273) because they do not stay open very well on their own, which is a rather disgusting prospect while scooping litter. The tabs (print two) fit quite tightly into the bucket, but with a little force they snap right in.
