Replace your standard Schlage privacy Plymouth style knob and probably others with this innovative alternative. If you're an enthusiastic cat lover like some family members live in my household then follow these easy instructions for an upgrade. Step-by-Step Instructions Print out your design using a raft printing technique. Remove the standard Schlage knob by drilling a hole in its top dimple and punching out the swage on the opposite side as shown in this picture. This will cause the old knob to slide right off. Once removed, insert your printed design into the space and it should fit snugly - I left mine tight but if yours is loose simply add a screw where the swage was located to secure the new knob firmly in place.
