This is a cat grass/wheatgrass planter I designed, drawing inspiration directly from a popular model available on Amazon. It features a protective cover that prevents digging and a locking base to ensure stability. Strategically placed drainage holes in the bowl prevent overwatering. I strongly suggest applying a layer of polyurethane or a food-safe resin to the inside of the bowl to maintain water tightness and inhibit bacterial growth. To successfully plant grass, add approximately one inch of vermiculite or soil, followed by sowing seeds on top. Securely snap the cover into place, leaving a small gap between the seeds and the cover, as the soil will expand significantly. It's advisable not to remove the cover once the grass begins to grow. To efficiently drain excess water, simply tip the entire planter; removal from the base is unnecessary. The cat grass/wheatgrass planter comes in two sizes: a regular size featuring a 14cm bowl and a smaller version with a 12cm bowl.
