The cat was getting fat and it was all my fault, by just filling the bowl on the cat's demand. The veterinary ordered 1 dl of cat food per day: 0.5 dl in the morning and 0.5 dl in the evening. This measure makes it easy to measure the right amount. Fill it to the brim and it's close to 0.7 dl, save 1 cm and it will be about 0.5 dl and just enough. Maybe your cat needs more or less food than my cat?
